Where can I register for the conference?

You can register for the conference on Eventbrite.


What is the address for the conference?

The conference takes place at Tennessee State University Avon Williams Campus - 330 10th Ave N, Nashville.


What is the cost of the conference?

There are four price points for the conference:

  • Student/Youth Registration $10
  • Activist Registration $35
  • Activist 2.0 Registration $55 (helps provide financial assistance to those who cannot pay)
  • Benefactor Registration $110 (helps provide even more financial assistance to those who cannot pay)

Are children welcome at the conference?

Absolutely! We believe that the future of activism starts with our children. Older children have their own programming at the conference and there is limited child care available at the conference on a 'first registered first served' basis via Eventbrite. 


Do I have to attend the conference if I just want to attend the march?

Absolutely not. We welcome you to join us at any point of the day.


Why do I need to register if I only plan to attend the march?

An accurate headcount helps the us better plan for the events of the day and handle any unforeseen events that may arise. All are welcome and we welcome all to march, but please take a few moments to register to help us organize a safe and effective experience for all. 


Where is the location of the march and when should I be there?

2:00 p.m. at Public Square in Nashville meet us for opening remarks and musical performances. The march will step off at 2:30, ending at Bicentennial Mall where we will close the day with amazing speakers, music, and a call to action.

How can I volunteer for the day of the march?

WHERE CAN I PARK? 

State lots are free on Saturdays. Download map of surrounding state lots. State lot 12 should be reserved for handicapped parking. 

  • Conference - TSU, Avon Williams Campus - surrounding state lots are free. 
  • March Meeting Point - Public Square - $5 parking in garage under Public Square. Surrounding state lots are free. 
  • Bicentennial - surrounding state lots are free. Street parking also available in surrounding areas. 

The Music City Circuit is a free shuttle for those that wish to attend the March kick off at Public Square and then ride to Bicentennial for the closing rally. 


Is there merchandise for the march?

is transportation to nashville available?

There will be a charter buses traveling from Knoxville and Memphis to Nashville and back on Saturday 1/20. If you'd like to ride the bus, you *must* register for the conference HERE and indicate your interest to ride the Knoxville or Memphis bus on the registration form. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis until the buses are full. KNOXVILLE BUS:

Pick up 6:15AM Eastern Time at West Town Mall (Sears entrance, off of Montvue Road NW) departing promptly at 6:30AM. 

Return 5:15PM Central Time at TSU's Avon William campus in downtown Nashville and departing at 5:30PM. torym@ppmet.org
